Are you a compassionate and skilled teacher with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs? We are looking for experienced 1:1 SEN Tutors to join our growing team in Sandwell, working with children and young people aged 3 to 18 with various additional needs and disabilities. This role is ideal for teachers who want to make a real difference through personalised, impactful education and help students with SEN needs to progress into adult life successfully.

The right candidate will be able to:

  • Provide individualised support to students with a variety of SEN, including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and complex needs.
  • Work with students both in school and in alternative settings (e.g., at home or in the community), depending on the individual needs of each learner.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver your own lessons, tailored to each student's goals, abilities, and learning style.

Hours are flexible but must fall within school hours (8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday).

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Confidence in designing and delivering bespoke lesson plans
