Client: Our global strategic partner has created a series of opportunities for ICG to work alongside the firm's Risk and Advisory (RAS) team delivering work to a range of their clients. Underpinned by their strategy, the RAS team is seeking talented individuals who have demonstrable skills and experience to undertake assurance and advisory work in the area of controls (predominantly financial controls). Across this area, the team is looking for people with various levels of experience to work with a growing pipeline of clients.
Role: Candidates are expected to have appropriate qualifications in their field with 4+ years' experience. They should be able to take responsibility for running assignments, supervising the work of more junior staff and working directly with our clients under manager supervision. You will be involved in a range of controls projects and will gain broad experience of delivering assignments across our commercial client base. The complexity and size of assignments will vary significantly, and your work assigned will generally be well defined. There is also a possibility for client secondments. Candidates would be expected to have a can-do attitude and solutions-based approach.
Skills:
- Required: Experience of working in audit or controls function with a professional services firm or in Internal Audit or Controls in a business with a financial controls programme.
- Desirable: Accounting or Internal Audit Qualification or IT Qualification.
Logistics:
- Start Date: Work is likely to commence at various stages. Types of assignments will be made available for candidates to express interest in. We may require candidates to work across assignments. Minimum duration will be 3 months, but the client is flexible.
- Location: The work will mostly take place in the UK and currently remote working is possible, although candidates can expect hybrid working.
- Rates: The work will be outside IR35. Rates are dependent on experience but for 10+ years' experience the rate to the ICG consultant would be £700/day and for 4/5 years' experience, £450/day.
- Close date: No later than Friday 24 June 2022 5PM BST (UK). We will review all APT's and select the best 3 for the client. The client will then conduct interviews.
