Background – This is a fantastic permanent opportunity with a very highly respected and forward-thinking PCN, looking to add a Clinical Pharmacist to their established Pharmacy team. The Pharmacy team is predominantly based in the HUB for the PCN but there will be odd days where you will be practice based. The ideal candidate will be an independent prescriber, however, the PCN is happy to support you with your Independent Prescribing and the CPPE pathway if you don't have either/or already. They would be happy to consider Pharmacists from a hospital or community setting looking to move into Primary Care as well as those with existing Primary Care experience. You will also benefit from superb progression and development opportunities and strong support with any areas of interest.
Salary – £49,000 - £52,500 per annum FTE DOE + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays + Indemnity

Your role – PCN Clinical Pharmacist
- Be part of a wider Pharmacy team with other Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians
- Flexibility around days and hours (full time or part time)
- Based predominantly at the HUB with the other Pharmacists with some days in practice
- No home visits required
- Very limited extended hours
