Lawyer with Immediate Start

The Employment group are looking for a talented Solicitor with 7+ years PQE to join them as they continue to expand their business to an impressive range of clients including many blue-chip organisations. Have a broad understanding of the legal principles involved and experience in all aspects of employment law. Be experienced in Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal litigation. Be experienced in providing employment law support to corporate transactions including the conduct of due diligence exercises, the application of TUPE, and advising on warranties and indemnities in sale documentation. You must possess excellent drafting skills, legal analysis, verbal & written communication skills and employment law knowledge. You must also be able to apply the law with a degree of commerciality and be prepared to give your viewpoint to clients. Experience of training seminars and workshop programmes for employers will be an advantage. Be able to assist with or be responsible for leading and managing teams/group and supervision and development of junior members of staff. To promote the team’s services and identify opportunities to sell these and training products. To keep up to date with current literature, publications and circulars and bring to the attention of other members of your team relevant news and developments. Litigation unfair and wrongful dismissal claims & sex, race and disability discrimination claims. Training seminars and workshop programmes for employer clients. There will be an opportunity to gain experience of immigration and data protection issues.
