We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Property sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Hotel Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of over 50 luxury serviced apartments spread across Central London & Wembley, and overseas.
Hotel Services Manager’s Core Duties
- Enhance the standard and quality of all properties in the portfolio
- Ensure the properties are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Manage a team of staff to uphold standards
- Maintain the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the properties
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Work closely with third-party contractors for cleaning and maintenance
- Identify initiatives to boost the brand and firm reputation
- Experience in property management and/or managing serviced apartments
- Good team management and leadership abilities
- Experience within a hotel environment is not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Good project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
