Job Opportunity: SDR Team Lead
This is a great opportunity for an SDR Team Lead to elevate their management skills, achieve team and individual targets, and accelerate career progression within a rapidly growing sales team.
As a Sales Development Team Lead, you should be experienced and confident in targeting, engaging, qualifying, and scheduling meetings with prospects to build a quality pipeline. Resilience and determination are essential qualities.
You will proactively coach and develop a team of 3-4 Sales Reps, setting them up for success. You will take ownership of individual and team targets for meetings booked and deal creation, collaborating with Marketing on strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting potential clients.
- Outreach and meeting booking.
- Managing team targets.
- Developing graduate SDRs into fully fledged SDRs.
- Working cross-functionally with other departments.
- Implementing process improvements and sourcing new tooling to help the team overachieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably as an SDR working with SaaS or technical products.
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or managing SDR teams.
- Passion for succeeding in Sales Development, with an interest in best practices and new tooling.
- Knowledge of MEDDIC and deal progression.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with multiple outreach methods (LinkedIn, email, phone).
