About Us
We work with some of the world’s most successful individuals and their families to help them solve complex problems and realise their goals beyond their core businesses. We act as the Chief of Staff for the non-business lives of our clients. We draw on our strategic thinking and execution experience, the full resources of our internal team and our growing network of senior advisors, domain experts and service providers to achieve excellent outcomes in a diverse range of fields (e.g. health, legacy, education, sustainability, security, family governance, art, philanthropy and more).
The Role
As Associate Partner or Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor and thought partner, helping our clients achieve their most meaningful goals. Whether setting a philanthropy strategy or helping to build an art collection, you will be at the forefront of driving real change. You will shape client outcomes, develop practice areas, manage a network of experts, and work on deeply impactful projects with some of the world’s most successful individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and goals are achieved.
- Project and Team Leadership: Lead client projects from inception to completion, guiding associates and other team members while fostering a culture of excellence.
- Practice Area Development: Expand our knowledge, expertise and network in specific practice areas to improve our ability to serve clients.
- Expert Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with a network of leading experts across various practice areas.
- Problem-Solving Toolkit Development: Develop and enhance our firm's problem-solving methodologies and tools.
- Client Acquisition: Engage with clients through thoughtful discussions, listening, and follow-up to help drive the firm’s growth (this is not a sales role, but meeting one of our partners is part of the sales process).
What We’re Looking For:
- Intellectual Rigor: You are intellectually sharp, constantly seeking to learn and grow across multiple fields.
- Self-awareness and Empathy: You must have a deep understanding of others’ complexity, the ability to build and maintain relationships with many different types of people.
- Relationship Building: You must demonstrate the ability to cultivate and sustain enduring relationships with highly successful, time-poor individuals.
- Curiosity: We value those with a deep and insatiable curiosity across multiple domains—eager to challenge conventional wisdom and uncover opportunities.
- Structured & Strategic Thinking: You must have the ability to think methodically, approaching complex challenges with a focus on sustainable, long-term solutions.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’re proactive, results-driven, and have a passion for continuous improvement. Your creativity and bias towards action enable you to generate new ideas and drive business growth.
- Discretion & Judgment: You place paramount importance on client privacy. Your excellent judgment allows you to provide nuanced and impartial advice.
Qualifications:
- Education: An undergraduate degree from a top-tier, globally recognised institution (graduate education is desirable but not required).
- Experience: Proven success in your professional field (7+ years at Associate Partner level and 12+ years at Partner level), demonstrating both intellect and empathy. Previous Strategy Consulting experience from a top-tier consulting firm is required.
Why Join Us?
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a respectful work culture with limited evening commitments and no regular international travel.
- Professional Growth: As the company expands, there will be opportunities to take on increasing responsibilities, build and lead new practice areas, and contribute to the firm's strategic direction.
- In-Person Collaboration: Primarily based at our office in Mayfair (London), fostering close collaboration and effective communication.
- Competitive Compensation: Attractive compensation package, including base salary and bonus tied to business performance, designed to reward growth and success (this is not a sales role).
