We are actively recruiting for an experienced Scaffolding Estimator. You will be responsible for accurate pricing ensuring competitive to the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building client relationships alongside internal relationships with project managers.
- Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for scaffolding materials, labour, transport, and equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure feasibility and accuracy of bids.
- Submit timely and competitive quotations or tenders.
- Provide quotations for additional works or variations as required during the project lifecycle.
- Track and analyse win/loss ratios and adjust estimating strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a database of pricing, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all estimates comply with relevant health & safety standards and industry regulations.
CISRS/OSHA or other scaffolding-related certification is an advantage.
