Roles and Responsibilities

Objective: To serve as a dedicated ITOM ServiceNow professional with expertise in administration, development, and integration, aiming to optimize IT operations and infrastructure management through ServiceNow solutions.

Professional Summary: An experienced ITOM ServiceNow specialist skilled in configuration, custom solution development, and external system integration. Possesses strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Administer ITOM ServiceNow modules
• Develop custom solutions using scripting, workflows, and UI policies
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST API, SOAP, MID Server
• Implement infrastructure discovery and dependency mapping
• Manage event management and alerting
• Maintain Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Utilize Performance Analytics and reporting tools
• Apply ITIL framework knowledge
• Manage projects effectively
• Communicate and collaborate efficiently

Additional Skills: Experience with CMDB maintenance, data loading via Import Sets, platform administration activities, access control rules, report generation, dashboards, change management, instance management, and release deployment.
