£42,500 pa plus £1,800 pa essential car user allowance Fixed term contract/secondment for 18 months Esher, Surrey We have a great opportunity that has arisen withinour dedicated Direct Services team for a MaintenanceSurveyor . You will support the team inprovidinga high-quality surveying and responsive maintenance to ensure that all organisationally owned and managed properties are maintained to the highest possible standards and that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met. You will ensure that all staff, residents, leaseholders, managing agencies and property owners and partners are provided with a high standard of service. You will be working across Esher and the surrounding areas, with the option of working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager. What youll need Experience as a building surveyor in a maintenance environment carrying out pre and post inspections.
