Detailed Job Description:
- Provide thought leadership, collateral, consultation and engagement on multiple items like:
- ServeCo -Netco Implementation β Previous clients where done etc as well as information from clients where this has happened (Telenet / Wyre) from an observational standpoint
- Wholesale unit set up and ISP onboarding (Virgin Media Ireland, BT Openreach) with specific regulatory actions and pitfalls
- Telecom Stack Optimization β Across products β Rationalization of telecom stacks, Opportunities for refactoring products and improve utilization, provide cost benefits
- Engage with multiple layers of the business (Enterprise and Technical architects, Directors, Capability Owners etc.) to educate them on how to aspects for the above
- Work in tandem with stakeholders to create technical roadmaps based on expertise and experience, particularly with reference to learnings and defining very clear phase wise outcomes.
- Become trusted βGO-TOβ technical SMEs that can work across CIO and CTO businesses in various areas (Service Life Cycle Management, BSS, OSS, Wholesale, Digital Workplace etc.), enable Infosys acceptance and knowledge/collateral creation that can win business
- Provide clear views direction and coaching in areas like Automation, CI/CD processes and digital workplace tooling optimization aspects
