Here’s what you’ll be doing:
You’ll be a T-shaped leader with expertise and passion in Social Impact and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). You will lead our D&I and Social Impact teams, reporting to Alissa (Chief People Officer). Your time will be split approximately equally between Social Impact and D&I. This is a fixed-term contract for 6 to 12 months.
As our Global Head of Social Impact and D&I, you’ll:
- Own and deliver the Global Social Impact strategy, including impact reporting, volunteering, fundraising, community partnerships, and emissions reduction.
- Collaborate with UK and US leadership to set and measure strategic goals; support senior leaders in sponsoring the impact strategy.
- Deliver the global D&I strategy, aligning priorities across regions.
- Lead a small team of Social Impact & DEI program managers.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A proven strategic and operational leader with experience leading global teams and working with senior leadership.
- Experienced with a diverse, dispersed workforce.
- Commercially-minded, able to embed social impact and D&I strategies into the business.
- A change agent with a track record of galvanising groups towards a shared vision.
- Skilled in programme management, planning, and execution.
- Capable of analysing data, telling stories with insights, and translating analysis into actions.
