We are partnered with a well-established, value-led organisation who are looking for a strategic Process Assurance Lead to join the Business and Process Architecture team. The focus of the role will be to ensure the integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes across the organisation. The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust process assurance framework to ensure the right process design is embedded, mitigating risks and driving operational excellence. The role will do this by working with cross-functional teams to conduct process audits, monitor business process compliance, and identify improvement opportunities.
Key Accountabilities of the Process Assurance Lead:
- Ensure processes are well-designed, maintained, and effective in managing risk, compliance, and strategic goals.
- Develop and manage a process assurance framework aligned with BPM, internal controls, and organisational resilience.
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with process standards.
- Monitor process adherence, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
Essential skills for the Process Assurance Lead:
- Skilled in BPM and continuous improvement (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, APQ).
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Familiar with GRC tools (e.g., Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC).
- Strong analytical skills to identify risks and inefficiencies.
- Understanding of change management principles.
