FRS are recruiting a Finance Assistant on a part-time basis for a business based in Leamington Spa. The role is offered on a 4 month fixed term contract but there may be options of extensions nearer the end. Ideally, candidates will be able to start the contract in December & this will run up until April 2025. 20 hours per week – flexible how those hours are completed (3 longer OR 5 shorter days) It would be advantageous if you have experience using Sage or NetSuite Hybrid working can be discussed £13 per hour Duties Will Include Accounts Payable transactions – inputting supplier invoices Perform weekly payment runs (multi-currency) / raising bank payments in banking system Weekly processing of employee cash expenses, ensuring claims are in accordance with company expense policy Monthly preparation and review / processing of company Credit Card statements in line with company policy Daily reconciliations of company bank accounts Assisting the Financial Controller with the month end close processes such as the preparation of basic monthly journals Sending Customer statements General administration such as completing supplier / customer information forms Support the Financial Controller with any other ad-hoc administration as required …
