Full-time | 37 hours/week, 52 weeks/year | Up to £31,109 per annum

Are you a results-driven Employer Engagement professional or Recruitment Consultant ready for your next challenge? We are seeking a confident and proactive Business Development Executive to help drive forward employer partnerships and learner engagement in the education and training sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to promote Apprenticeships , workplace learning , and bespoke training solutions .
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across various sectors.
• Support learner recruitment initiatives, including outreach and engagement with prospective learners.
• Attend employer meetings and networking events to represent the organisation and identify collaboration opportunities.

What We\’re Looking For:

• Background in employer engagement , recruitment , sales , or a similar target-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (regular employer site visits are part of the role).
• Experience working with young people is a plus, though not essential.
