Part Time HR Advisor – Doncaster (12-Month Maternity Cover)

We are working with a highly respected organisation based in Sheffield to recruit a Part Time HR Advisor for their Doncaster site. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide expert HR support within a positive and impactful environment.

🔹 Location: Doncaster (Hybrid – 2 days in-office, 1 day from home)

🔹 Contract: 12-month Maternity Cover

🔹 Salary: £16,859.70 per annum

🔹 Hours: 22.5 per week

🔹 Start Date: Immediate start preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR advisory support to managers and employees.
• Ensure compliance with current UK employment legislation.
• Manage employee relations matters effectively.
• Support wider HR initiatives across the organisation.

Ideal Candidate:

• CIPD Level 5 qualified.
• Strong experience in handling employee relations cases.
• Sound understanding of UK employment law.
• Previous experience in the care sector is desirable but not essential.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to travel occasionally across different sites if required.
• Comfortable with hybrid working arrangements.
