New fully-funded game studio with the Dream Team of veteran Founders.

YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a community lead for our upcoming MMORPG! The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in the game, the community, and content, staying attuned to community needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build a vibrant, enthusiastic community around web3 gaming.
• Design engaging experiences on our Discord to increase community engagement.
• Create and manage multiple Discord servers, including strategic planning and bot integrations.
• Address potential issues affecting project revenue, such as player unrest, exploits, and technical problems.
• Identify key community members for collaborations, investment, and press opportunities.
• Liaise with game and marketing teams for events.

REQUIREMENTS

• Acceptance into, attendance, or graduation from a competitive 4-year college program.
• Public speaking experience (e.g., personal podcast, debate club, YouTube micro-influencer).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with social media, live streaming, and digital content.
• Native English speaker.
• Located in North America, South America, Korea, Japan, Singapore, or Taiwan.

DESIRABLE

• Experience with social media management tools like Hubspot.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot.
• Experience as a content creator or micro-influencer.
• Ability to speak Korean or Mandarin.
