About the role

As a Consultant in the Infosys Cybersecurity Consulting & Advisory (C&A) Team, you will contribute to various phases of the cybersecurity consulting lifecycle, primarily focusing on GRC and secondary skills in domains like IDAM, Network, IoT/OT security. You will support clients\’ security roadmaps, compliance, assessments, design reviews, and upgrades, working with cross-functional teams to enhance cybersecurity strategies at operational, tactical, and enterprise levels. You will also guide project teams, contribute to proposals, and help develop internal capabilities.

Minimum requirements

• Experience in enterprise cybersecurity, including operational, tactical, and strategic support
• Knowledge of security solutions such as MS Sentinel/Defender/Entra, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping; ability to design control dashboards based on evidence outputs
• Understanding of threat methodologies, incident response, and risk management, especially in ICS/SCADA and IoT environments
• Experience with security assessments, compliance evaluations, and frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, NIS2, etc.
• Vendor and third-party security management skills
• Ability to develop and conduct cybersecurity training and awareness programs
• Awareness of emerging threats and technologies, including Zero Trust, AI security, DevSecOps, etc.
