Specialist Group are recruiting for an experienced Site Managers to lead our team of Site Joiners on high-profile joinery fitout projects in London.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee the daily site operations, ensuring smooth execution of all joinery fitout work.

✔ Manage and support a team of Site Joiners, ensuring productivity and quality standards.

✔ Work closely with the Project Manager and Logistics Team to coordinate materials, schedules, and site needs.

✔ Maintain accurate digital records of work completion using a mobile or tablet-based system.

✔ Conduct quality checks, ensuring compliance with project specifications and client expectations.

✔ Uphold health & safety regulations, ensuring a secure working environment.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Proven experience as a Site Manager in a joinery fitout environment.

🔹 Strong knowledge of doors and other joinery elements in large-scale projects.

🔹 Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of skilled joiners.

🔹 Ability to liaise with project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.

🔹 Competence in digital record-keeping (mobile/tablet-based reporting).

🔹 A detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
