About the role…
As Social and Influencer Manager, you’ll take ownership of the brand’s social and influencer strategy, leading campaigns and product launches from concept to execution to drive growth and engagement.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
Shaping influencer briefs and developing creative concepts across campaigns and product launches
Identifying, nurturing, and managing relationships with creators, from rising talent to unexpected voices
Overseeing influencer outreach, gifting, seeding, content approvals, and event support
Tracking performance and sharing insights to optimise future campaigns
Collaborating closely with the social team and wider business to bring influencer initiatives to life
About you…
This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, has a strong understanding of social and influencer trends (particularly TikTok), and is confident managing multiple projects at pace while making a visible impact on brand growth.
What we\’re looking for…
Proven experience managing social and influencer campaigns, ideally within retail or consumer brands
Strong understanding of cultural trends, social platforms, and emerging influencer talent
Confident, proactive, and accountable with excellent project management skills
Creative thinker with high attention to detail and professional approach
Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with creators and platform partners
