Partnership Tax Director

Our client, a top 10 UK accountancy firm, is currently seeking a Partnership Tax Director to join their team. As a senior member of the firm, the director will oversee the tax affairs of partnerships and their partners, ensuring compliance with current legislation while also identifying opportunities for tax efficiency.

The role requires a deep understanding of the UK tax system, particularly related to partnerships and LLPs, and the ability to apply this knowledge to complex situations.

The director will lead tax planning initiatives, providing expert advice on issues such as non-domiciled status and exit strategies. They will manage international partners\’ tax affairs and participate in leading ad-hoc tax projects, including cross-border considerations.

Qualifications include a professional qualification in tax or accountancy, with experience in partnership and/or corporate tax, either in-house or within a tax practice. Strong project management skills, staff development ability, and a proactive, driven attitude are essential.
