You will be part of a global team and be involved in a growing mandate on XVA & Scarce Resource management, focusing on developing new technologies to support the management of Derivatives activity. The role involves trading within authorized limits on the Collateral desk, pricing various adjustments for the GMD derivatives business, enhancing XVA computation infrastructure, and improving XVA pricing methodologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pricing XVAs and profitability on new transactions
- Providing PnL explanations on COLVA and MVA
- Active repo trading to optimize collateral funding
- Implementing internal transfer pricing mechanisms for GMD scarce resources
- Optimizing scarce resources through rebalancing with dealers
- Developing IT tools and spreadsheets
- Reporting key figures for CA-CIB collateral portfolio to management
- Managing collateral portfolios from OTC derivatives (cleared and non-cleared):
- Daily margin call management with CA-CIB counterparties
- Analyzing MTM dynamics and CSA contracts for optimization
- Defining and executing collateral and funding strategies
- Negotiating CSA terms with clients
- Calculating and invoicing collateral funding costs
- Monitoring margins exchanged with CCPs
SPECIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven trading interest (Repos, Money Markets, FX, IRS, Credit Derivatives)
- Proven risk management interest (credit risk, gap risk, sensitivities, VaR)
- Proven programming ability (VBA, SQL, others)
- Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Team spirit and collaborative skills
