Taylor Root has partnered with a leading city law firm seeking an experienced Finance Lawyer to join their market-leading FinTech and Structured Finance team in London.
The Firm
A full-service firm in London, known for expertise in transactional, advisory, and regulatory work, advising successful businesses, their leaders, and investors. Recognized in real estate, IP, commercial, and FinTech sectors.
The Team
This role is within the firm's leading Structured Finance and FinTech team, advising start-ups, scale-ups, and established FinTech lenders and funders, including UK, European, and North American lending platforms, challenger banks, and credit funds.
Responsibilities include:
- Structuring and drafting standard term corporate and consumer lending and security documentation for FinTech lending platforms.
- Structuring FinTech lending platforms from regulatory and commercial perspectives.
- Leading structured finance transactions, including warehouse lines, private securitisations, and forward flows.
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking and finance, with at least 2 years in structured finance. Candidates with mixed experience interested in focusing on structured finance are encouraged to apply.
