Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement talent development strategies and solutions.
  • Enhance career development initiatives and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Lead the development of performance management programs.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure alignment of talent strategies.
  • Establish a sustainable global learning architecture.
  • Develop metrics and analytics to measure talent management effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance to executive leadership on talent management and succession planning.
  • Prepare and present board papers.
  • Manage a team of 10 talent professionals.
  • Lead the Diversity Agenda by defining and reinforcing D&I goals, implementing actions, promoting education, and working closely with networks.
  • Champion and role model the Behavioral Competencies and Corporate Behaviors.
