Senior Associate (Chartered Trade Mark Attorney) Global firm is expanding itsTechnology, IP, and Information team creating an opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their team. You will lead a team of associates and paralegals reporting to the Head of the UK. Responsibilities include: Managing national and international trade mark portfolios. Handling trade mark disputes, oppositions, and cancellations. Overseeing high-volume infringement disputes and cease-and-desist matters. Conducting trade mark availability searches and advising on registration strategies. Filing and prosecuting trade marks globally, including UK, EU, and Madrid systems. Drafting legal submissions and advising on assignments, domain names, and company name complaints. Managing foreign attorney work and reviewing invoices. Handling portfolio disbursements, billing, and client payments. Contribute to business development, build client relationships, and engage in thought leadership.
