Role Purpose: To provide professional and technical support to facilitate and oversee contractual assurance and statutory compliance activities for the contract clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee assurance activities relating to the contract services to include but not limited to; maintain Statutory compliance as per the contract deliverables for example. Fire doors and Lifts inspections programme, Fire Life Safety Systems, Asbestos management, Pressure Systems and LOLER Statutory Inspections, Safe Systems of Work including the Authority to Work and Permit to Work processes, sub-contractor management and inspections, E-Logbooks and other relevant QA documentation in line with company rules.
- To implement a fire door inspection programme across the contract property portfolio and to carry out the inspections in line with the requirements of the Fire Safety Reform Order and HTM05 Fire Safety.
- To devise, implement and manage the asbestos management requirements for the client property portfolio in line with the ACOP for Managing Asbestos.
- To ensure Safe Systems of Work processes are in accordance with Quality, Health & Safety rules and procedures and client requirements (or approved client system).
