Senior Renewals Operations Manager

New Relic is seeking an experienced Senior Renewals Operations Manager to play a strategic and operational role in analyzing our Renewals business, recognizing trends, and developing insights to drive productivity. The role requires a highly analytical candidate capable of synthesizing data and making recommendations to executive staff.

As part of our GTM strategy and operations team, you will help refine and execute our Renewals business strategy, establish processes, and ensure accurate forecasting. You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes and support our expanding team.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Driving process improvements and renewals strategy through cross-functional initiatives.
  2. Managing weekly, monthly, and quarterly team activities, including QBRs, forecasting, and planning.
  3. Using historical trends and pipeline data to guide forecasting.
  4. Managing reporting packages and conducting metrics reviews.
  5. Analyzing health data to identify downgrade risks and working on risk mitigation strategies.
  6. Leading projects to improve productivity and streamline processes.
  7. Representing renewals requirements in cross-departmental projects.
  8. Developing and implementing processes, policies, and global standards.
  9. Ensuring compliance with CRM data standards.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in IT services or SaaS companies in Customer Success or Operations roles.
  • 5+ years in sales operations or related fields, with project and change management experience.
  • Strong data analysis skills, proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, and experience working with large datasets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and teams, including creating presentations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, and business process improvement.
  • Bachelor\’s Degree or equivalent.
