About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and strategic People Partner to join our growing People, Culture & Communications team at Commercial Services Group (CSG). This is a unique opportunity to partner with one of our diverse brands, working closely with senior leaders to co-deliver strategic people initiatives and drive high-performance, employee engagement, and positive change across the organisation. As a People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor, owning the local People Plan and leading on all employee relations activity. You will also play a key role in shaping our people strategy, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring local delivery of Group-wide HR initiatives.
Key Duties:
- Own and drive delivery of the local People Plan, aligning Group initiatives with business-specific needs.
- Coach and challenge managers on a wide range of employee relations matters including absence management, restructures, and performance conversations.
- Lead and manage complex ER cases such as TUPE, organisational design, and large-scale change programmes.
- Use data insights to inform decision-making, identify risks, and shape people interventions.
- Work collaboratively with the PCC Centres of Excellence (L&D, Talent, Engagement, DEIB, HR Ops) to enhance people practices.
- Influence senior stakeholders through strong relationship-building, credibility, and insight.
- Support talent needs analysis, linking performance management, learning, and succession planning.
- Regularly review and improve local HR processes, driving efficiencies and improving employee experience.
- Represent the needs and voice of your business area to inform Group-level strategy and activity.
What we need from you:
- Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified or have equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment law.
- Proven experience influencing and advising senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable handling complex HR cases and organisational change projects.
- Extensive experience with Business Acquisitions and Integrations.
- Excellent data literacy and the ability to turn insight into action.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to flex across a matrix organisation.
- Resilience, adaptability, and confidence in navigating ambiguity.
