Associate / Senior Associate – Healthcare Sector – Commercial & Regulatory – Exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and technically strong Solicitor to join a nationally recognised Commercial & Regulatory practice.

This is industry leading team that advises major healthcare clients such as NHS bodies, independent healthcare providers, regulators and health tech companies on a wide range of commercial, procurement, governance and regulatory matters.

Location: Leeds (Hybrid working available)

Salary: Up to £70,000

PQE Level: 3+ years

Contract Type: Permanent

The Role

You will be advising clients across the health sector on:

• Public procurement matters under the Procurement Act 2023 and Provider Selection Regime
• Drafting and advising on procurement and contractual documentation (including framework agreements, licensing arrangements and data protection terms)
• Strategic contracting models including joint ventures, alliances, and collaborations
• Regulatory and commercial issues affecting NHS and independent health sector clients

You will benefit from working in a multi-disciplinary team with national coverage and a high degree client interaction.

About You

We are seeking a UK-qualified solicitor with:

• Experience in commercial, regulatory, technology and/or data protection law
• Experience advising public sector or healthcare clients (desirable, not essential)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and project management abilities
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine interest in healthcare law
• Willingness to engage in business development and profile-raising initiatives
