For our client, a leading luxury architecture and interior design practice renowned for creating personal and characterful spaces that reflect the individuality of their clients, we are seeking out a Senior Interior Designer.

With a dedicated team of 50 specialists – including architects, interior designers, and technicians – working seamlessly under one roof, their studio offers a truly holistic, multi-disciplinary approach. This unique synergy allows them to strike the perfect balance between architecture and interior design, ensuring every project is beautifully cohesive from the outside in.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with a refined aesthetic, excellent technical knowledge, and a track record of managing high-end projects from concept through to completion. You will bring strong skills in interior architecture, exceptional FF&E expertise, and the ability to confidently communicate design ideas in 3D.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Concept Development: Create engaging design concepts, mood boards, and presentations customized to align with client needs and preferences.
  • Project Management: Lead the full delivery of both large and small-scale interior design projects, maintaining the studio’s high standards of quality and sophistication. Act as a professional brand ambassador outside the studio.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Drive the team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards. Mentor and inspire junior designers to foster creativity and professional growth.
  • Technical Excellence: Produce and supervise detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules, ensuring precision and adherence to project deadlines.
  • Supplier Coordination: Identify and specify premium materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes while cultivating and maintaining strong partnerships with suppliers and artisans.
  • Budget and Timeline Management: Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion within financial limits.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits, reviews, and inspections to guarantee design integrity and flawless execution.
