We are excited to be recruiting for a new Head of Residential Sales to shape and influence our London and National Sales offices. As an experienced partner, the individual will be responsible for overseeing our sales teams across offices, recruiting new talent, and developing the sales business further. This role requires a reputable leader with experience managing multiple offices, driving change, and increasing income and profit. Carter Jonas has an extensive portfolio of sales offices from London, Oxford, and Cambridge to York, with over 70 sales professionals. The role will ideally be based in one of our central London offices, with a highly competitive salary package. We also offer benefits including 30 days annual leave, 5% matched pension, Bupa healthcare, and flexible benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our national residential sales business
- Collaborate with head of sales operations, business services, and regional heads to achieve results
- Fee earning, pitching, and bringing in new business
- Focus on growing our sales business

Success Criteria
