• Ensuring safety compliance and promoting a safety-first culture.
• Leading and developing the regional operations team, including Site Managers.
• Managing customer service in the region.
• Partnering with sales to support growth and market development.
• Overseeing operational costs and budgets.
• Implementing safety and operational improvements.
• Managing cylinder stock and distribution.
• Ensuring transport compliance and management.
