JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Assistant Store Manager – White City at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will represent the brand image and values while working alongside the Store Manager to effectively manage the store\’s operations and team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the White City Store Manager in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
• Providing daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve performance
• Monitoring KPIs and team performance by running reports and updating the Store Manager on action plans
• Controlling costs and store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin, and rota planning
• Inspiring, motivating, and developing your team through training, coaching, and product knowledge
• Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager
• Ensuring strong visual standards across the store
• Living the brand\’s values and demonstrating passion for the brand
• Providing excellent customer service and experience
• Driving KPIs and sales targets within a fast-paced retail environment
• Managing store operations, stock, and administrative duties effectively
• Motivating and leading your team to exceed KPIs
