We’re not in the business of just making more “stuff.” We’re here to create content that matters - to clients, to audiences, and to culture.

Based in London, we’re a close-knit team of creatives, strategists and producers. Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help write our next chapter.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver a smart, focused growth strategy aligned with our creative ambitions
  • Identify and connect with potential clients (both brands and agencies) who vibe with our ethos
  • Own the outreach – from cold emails to creds meetings and pitch follow-ups
  • Tailor proposals, reels and decks to maximise impact and win work
  • Spot and grow opportunities within our existing client relationships
  • Stay plugged into industry trends, creative shifts and emerging players
  • Represent Knock Knock at key events, with presence and personality
  • Track progress through our CRM (Productive), and help refine the way we work as we grow

What Success Looks Like

This role is about quality growth - creatively, commercially and sustainably. You’ll be helping us:

  • Diversify revenue and client base
  • Hit revenue targets while protecting creative integrity
  • Win work we’re proud of - that leads to awards, impact and excitement
  • Keep a healthy, growing pipeline across brands, agencies and sectors

Who You Are

  • A natural connector and strategic thinker with 3+ years in biz dev, sales or partnerships within creative, media or production
  • Skilled at building genuine relationships and sparking smart conversations
  • Confident presenting and pitching to senior stakeholders with clarity and charisma
  • Passionate about great storytelling, and what it takes to bring it to life
  • Self-starter with a curious mind, commercial drive and collaborative spirit

Why Join Us?

  • A real opportunity to shape the future of a respected, independent studio
  • Creative autonomy, support, and space to make the role your own
  • Progression potential into Head of Growth or Commercial Director
