We’re looking for an experienced, highly organized Office Manager to run our London workspace and lead core global finance processes across the business. You’ll be the day-to-day engine of the London team—keeping operations efficient, finances accurate, and leadership well supported. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, takes initiative, and loves crossing every “t”.
Key Responsibilities- Office & Facilities Management
- Own all operational aspects of our London office
- Oversee relationships with building management, vendors, and service providers
- Ensure office is compliant, safe, and optimized for productivity
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and general upkeep
- Manage billing, invoicing, credit control, and expenses processing
- Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping activities, including transaction entry and bank reconciliations
- Track and report sales commissions for all teams across the company
- Administer payroll globally in coordination with external providers and internal teams
- Reconcile budgets and assist with monthly financial reporting and audit preparation
- Act as the liaison between the London office and the US-based finance team
- Support global operations across teams and time zones
- Provide executive assistant support to senior leaders
- Help coordinate meetings, travel, and occasional event logistics
- Support onboarding/offboarding logistics for new hires
- Communicate with stakeholders across offices and time zones
- 3+ years of experience in office management, finance ops, or facilities roles
- Strong grasp of payroll, commissions, billing, and budget tracking
- Comfortable with bookkeeping tasks such as transaction entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting support
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with financial tools or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Experience working with or for a US-based company is highly preferred
- Proactive, detail-obsessed, and confident managing multiple moving parts
- Great with stakeholders and confident navigating leadership relationships
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to occasionally adjust hours to support a global team and client base
- Eligible to work in the UK and able to be in-office 5 days/week
