They are looking for a customer-focused and passionate leader to manage Athena Hall, Collegiate’s only site based in Ipswich. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the General Manager will have full responsibility for the property. You will aim to achieve full occupancy for the accommodation each academic year and deliver an exceptional experience to all customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
You will identify and build relationships with universities, student unions, and other relevant organizations within Ipswich. The General Manager will also assist the site operations team with day-to-day management to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained for students at all times.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations in a comparable environment, ideally in student accommodation, hospitality, retail, or leisure. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong commercial acumen. The role is suitable for individuals with high credibility, team leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
