We are seeking a talented CNC Programmer to join one of our prestigious clients based in Derby! This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing team while ensuring production targets are achieved in line with quality, cost, and safety standards. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position!
What you'll be doing:
- Program, set, and operate CNC machines to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to Health & Safety
- Troubleshoot machinery issues, escalating as needed to minimise downtime
- Be proactive, come up with problem solving and continuous improvement solutions
- Collaborate effectively across departments, demonstrating strong teamwork
- Take ownership of personal development, training, and agreed appraisal targets
- Report directly into the Machine Shop Manager
