Our excellent client in Tewkesbury is currently looking for an Order Administrator to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will provide support to the MD, Project Manager and Sales Teams by providing enquiry support to their client base. Whilst beneficial, electrical wholesale or CAD knowledge is non-essential for the role, as full, thorough and ongoing training will be provided. Ideally, you will hold some all-round customer service experience, ideally within an office type environment. Further career progression available, with a lot of internal support to develop your skills.
Key Duties
- Support internal and external Sales Teams with technical expertise to aid in customer solutions and product selection.
- Address product-related technical inquiries from clients, providing clear and helpful responses.
- Collaborate with the Assembly Department to prepare quotes, bills of materials, and finalise pricing.
- Recommend suitable products, services, and custom solutions based on customer needs and compatibility.
- Work closely with external teams to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Create and edit CAD drawings (training provided).
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email, maintaining a high standard of customer service and organization.
- Use Microsoft Office and other digital tools efficiently to carry out administrative and technical tasks.
