Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our Ingredients sales portfolio across the UK and Europe. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B food ingredient sales, who can drive growth, build relationships, and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across the ingredients portfolio to industrial, foodservice, and manufacturing clients.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the UK and Europe.
  • Manage key customer relationships and deliver on commercial targets.
  • Develop tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and account plans.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
  • Represent LT Foods at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Forecast sales and contribute to strategic planning for the ingredients division.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, quality, and technical teams.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline activity.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within food ingredients, FMCG, or manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of winning and managing industrial or wholesale accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of rice, grains, or commodity-based food products preferred.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage a pipeline.
  • Comfortable with data analysis, pricing models, and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required across the UK and Europe.
  • Degree in Business, Food Science, or related field desirable.
