Our rural Leominster client is seeking a full time, permanent Technical Sales Advisor to join their friendly and knowledgeable team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recommending and selling appropriate components and systems to customers, providing a troubleshooting service should problems arise, and processing all associated administration.
What you can expect:
- Salary: Β£28,000 - Β£38,000, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 9am β 5pm with a 30 minutes lunch break
- 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing after 2 yearsβ service by 1 additional day per year, up to a maximum of 5 additional days)

What you will be doing:
- Maintain contact with new and existing customers via email, telephone, and visits
- Recommend and sell appropriate components and systems to meet customer needs
- Interpreting drawings and sketches, sizing and specifying systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot component and system problems and offer solutions
- Process sales orders, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the internal CRM system
- Deal with customer enquiries and liaise closely with the team to reach a positive resolution
- Generate new sales opportunities
- Keep up to date with industry developments and new products
- Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and promote products
What we are looking for:
