We’re working with a leading company that dominates its industry, providing cutting-edge services across the UK and EMEA. Due to an internal promotion, they’re now looking for a 1st Line IT Support Analyst to join their team.
You’ll play a crucial role in keeping their IT systems running smoothly, supporting colleagues across multiple regions while gaining exposure to a range of technologies. Many of their employees have been with the company for years—proof of the fantastic career development opportunities available!
What You’ll Be Doing:- Providing 1st line IT support to internal users across the UK and EMEA
- Managing the new starter and leaver process to ensure smooth transitions
- Building and configuring laptops and PCs
- Assisting the infrastructure team and supporting wider IT operations
- Contributing to the security and stability of the IT environment
- 1-3 years of IT support experience in a Windows environment
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to support colleagues at all levels
- The ability to work on-site in St Ives (Cambridgeshire) 5 days a week
- Full right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
