We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team focusing on Commercial Solar PV. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to leverage CRM software to manage client interactions and track progress.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth targets within Commercial Solar PV.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach efforts.
- Utilise CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress against targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Proven experience in business development or sales roles is essential, along with experience in the Commercial Solar PV industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing client relationships is highly desirable.
