As an Accounts Payable Specialist at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Finance team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests. If you are looking to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Process purchase requisitions and invoices.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and exceptions.
- Manage payment requests and expense claims.
- Ensure accurate purchase order management.
- Review and process settlement runs.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Manage supplier statements and master file updates.
- Assist with month-end closing tasks.
- Manage petty cash.
- Track capital expenditures.
