A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Maintenance Carpenter to join an award-winning specialist provider of commercial Facilities Maintenance Services to carry out reactive maintenance works for commercial clients such as pubs, restaurants, betting shops, social housing, across Cambridge and surrounding parts of East Anglia. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE / CARPENTER / TRADES PERSON – REACTIVE REPAIRS LOCATION: Covering parts of East Anglia. You will be happy to travel and may be searching for Property Maintenance/ Commercial Carpenter jobs in Cambridge, Colchester, Luton, Bedford, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Northampton, Norfolk. SALARY: £38K – £42K basic plus company van, expenses, benefits, pension. HOURS: 45-hour week. Monday- Friday. As a Reactive Maintenance Engineer / Trades Person / Mobile Carpenter, you will be on hand to support a wide range of commercial properties that need your problem-solving abilities and friendly approach to delivering excellent customer service.
