We are representing a rapidly expanding leading global recruitment agency, whose executive search team exclusively focus on providing executive talent to private equity backed and high growth software companies, undergoing major transformation and growth.
With a business that has built its reputation upon delivering the best talent through their strong research led approach and extensive global professional network; they have had 100% growth in the last 24 months with a specific increase in the number of senior level appointments made at their multi-billion-dollar software clients.
They are looking to appoint further Exec Search Consultants & Managers in their Manchester and London offices, to deliver the world class end-to-end search process to their clients globally.
Operating with a differential level of detail, complexity, quality, and speed in comparison to contingent processes; this is an opportunity to develop your career and work with C-suite clients at the highest level, in robust, detailed and highly professional processes, where all stakeholders are fully committed to gaining an outcome from each search process.
- Research and provide support in meetings with target clients (pre instruction).
- Act as primary focal point for client senior management and develop strong, long-term relationships.
- Monitor Search deliverables against plan and address any project shortfalls.
- Identify and target candidates for client assignments by utilising resources available on the internet such as LinkedIn, company websites, delegate lists, white papers etc.
