What You'll Actually Do :
- Develop creative strategies that deliver real results across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms (not just vanity metrics)
- Craft briefs that inspire rather than confuse production teams
- Collaborate on influencer partnerships that feel authentic, not forced
- Build and scale in-house UGC content that customers actually engage with
- Lead A/B testing that informs strategy instead of gathering digital dust
- Connect creative decisions to performance data (and explain it in ways that make everyone nod, not yawn)
Who We're Looking For :
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Performance Marketing Creative Strategist
- Someone who understands the difference between content that wins awards and content that wins customers
- A creative thinker who can speak the language of data and translate it into compelling visuals
- Experience working with DTC/CPG brands (bonus points if you've worked with subscription models)
- A collaborative spirit who can bridge the gap between marketing, creative, and commercial teams
- Knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and emerging platform best practices that goes beyond what everyone else is doing
The Details That Matter :
- £40,000-£55,000 based on experience
- London-based hybrd roles with some flexibility
