Fulfil a key role in the European leadership team, contributing to business planning, investment decisions, and operational strategy. Develop and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Identify risks and opportunities and advise on corrective actions to support business goals Accounting, Reporting & Compliance Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with local statutory requirements. Ensure compliance with local tax laws, audit standards, and financial regulations in all European jurisdictions. Manage statutory audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors. Work with HQ finance teams to ensure seamless consolidation and global reporting alignment. Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, local European accounting standards, and tax compliance. Experience working within multi-country operations and teams in a matrixed organization. Proven ability to lead financial strategy, business partnering, and process improvement. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., AX Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
