We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven and highly organised People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic People & Culture Team. This role is all about delivering a smooth and engaging colleague experience across the entire colleague lifecycle from onboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave, to systems and reporting.

As the first point of contact for day-to-day People queries, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate responses, seeing each query through to resolution. A key responsibility of this role includes supporting the People Operations Manager during payroll periods, so proven experience in validating and processing payroll data particularly via third-party providers is essential.

You’ll support colleagues, managers, and external partners with care and confidence, while helping shape People & Culture projects that improve processes, promote wellbeing, and bring policies together.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on structure and precision, has a natural flair for systems and data, and can build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. In short, we’re after a superstar ‘all-rounder’ who loves a blend of people, process, and problem-solving.
