An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Diversity & Inclusion Lead to join our client in assisting them with their commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace. Responsible for driving and embedding their D&I strategy, this role will involve actively implementing and executing their Diversity & Inclusion roadmap. You will lead initiatives that advance equity and inclusion across the organisation.
- Lead the implementation of the agreed Diversity & Inclusion roadmap, ensuring organisational goals are met.
- Develop, implement, and manage Diversity & Inclusion initiatives that enhance engagement, equality, inclusion, and psychological safety.
- Assist in integrating Diversity & Inclusion best practices into policies and processes.
- Provide guidance and resources to leaders, helping them drive engagement and impact.
- Execute, analyse and present findings on employee surveys, and create next stage action plans based on those findings.
- Assist in driving initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership, highlighting key Diversity & Inclusion metrics and trends.
- Use data-driven insights to inform and refine Diversity & Inclusion strategies and initiatives.
- Analyse Diversity & Inclusion related data to track progress, measure impact, and identify areas for improvement.
- Deliver, evaluate and support the design of the Diversity & Inclusion training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and facilitated discussions.
- Tailor training to address specific audiences, from individual contributors to senior leaders.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in Diversity and Inclusion or a related field.
- Knowledge or exposure to HR would be beneficial.
- Highly organised and responsive and able to work autonomously to tight deadlines.
- Knowledgeable and informed about the latest developments in Diversity & Inclusion practices and frameworks.
- Proven experience as a Diversity and Inclusion Lead including within wellbeing, benefits and engaging employee surveys.
- Passionate about diversity and inclusion.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at different organisational levels.
- Empathetic and able to build trust and rapport with diverse groups.
- Curious and proactive with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Effective engagement and presentation skills.
