Pub Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Pub Manager to join our fantastic team at The Fat Badger. Our new Pub Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day management at The Fat Badger. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the highest standards. Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum + Tips (potential to earn up to £53,000 PA)

What you’ll be doing as a Pub Manager at The Fat Badger:

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours, while staying within budgeted labour costs.
• Actively support and collaborate with the General Manager and marketing team to implement promotional strategies and enhance the venue visibility in the local community.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, control labour costs, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Ensure the pub/bar complies with all conditions of the license, policy and legislation, including health and safety, and maintains a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction, working closely with the team to maintain high standards and support your team during a busy service.
